Our Castelrotto
Colourfully painted facades, historic residences and the eye-catching church tower with the most beautiful bells in the Sciliar region. Castelrotto is not only the largest village in the Sciliar area, but has also been recognised as one of the most beautiful in Italy.

All IC and EC trains on the Munich – Innsbruck – Verona route stop at the railway stations in Bolzano and Bressanone.

Travelling by bus
The company Flixbus offers direct bus journeys to Klausen, Brixen and Bozen. There is a direct bus connections nr 170 from the bus stops to Castelrotto/Kastelruth.
Travelling by car
From the NORTH:
Leave the A22 Brennero motorway at Klausen/Chiusa exit, continue on the state road towards Bolzano as far as Waidbruck. Turn left there in the direction of Seiser Alm/Schlerngebiet. After 17 km you are in Castelrotto.
From the SOUTH:
Exit the A22 Brennero motorway at Bolzano Nord, continue on the state road towards Brennero until you reach Blumau/Prato Isarco. Turn off there in the direction of Seiser Alm/Schlerngebiet. After 22 km you are in Castelrotto.

The airport shuttle “Südtirol Bus” takes you from the airports in Bolzano/Bozen and Italy, Austria and Germany to South Tyrol and back again.
The taxi companies in the Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm Dolomites region will also pick you up at the train station, bus stop or airport.
