A place steeped
in history

Knights, officials and farmers: over the centuries, many different people lived at the Schulmeisterhof. As early as the 13th century, knightly servants lived here. The farm owes its name, however, to the schoolmaster Christian Prugger, who lived here in the 17th century. During the 1939 “Option”, a secret meeting took place in the parlour. This was reason enough for the fascist government to expropriate the farm. Our grandparents Rosa and Josef Fill were later able to purchase it. This is how the Schulmeisterhof became part of our family.
